These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and/or placing a commission request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Commission Process

Request Submission: To request a commissioned artwork, please complete the form on our website. You will need to provide your first and last name, as well as your email address.

Agreement: Once your request is submitted, we will review it and contact you via email to discuss the project details. A 50% deposit of the agreed-upon price is required to begin the project.

Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final cost of the artwork.

Completion & Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the artwork. The final product will only be delivered once the full payment is received.
2. Shipping

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the artwork and will be calculated separately. You will be responsible for covering these costs.

Delivery: Once the final payment is received, the artwork will be shipped to the address provided. We will use the shipping method discussed during the commission process.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the commission has been agreed upon.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel the commission after the deposit has been made, please contact us immediately. Refunds for the remaining balance, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: As the artist, I retain the copyright to all artwork created, including commissioned pieces. This means I may use images of the work for my portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional purposes.

Usage Rights: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the commissioned artwork without prior written consent from Cat B. Designs.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
